Roseville Tea Sandwiches sandwiches 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon minced green onion 1 tablespoon (each) chopped fresh dill and capers 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish pinch pepper 8 slices whole wheat bread 1 1/2 teaspoons butter; softened 4 slices smoked salmon 12 thin slices cucumber In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion, dill, capers, horseradish and pepper. Trim crusts from bread; spread with butter, then mayonnaise mixture. Arrange salmon and cucumber over 4 of the bread slices; top with remaining bread. Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles or squares.
