Roasted Appendages appetizers, chicken - other 4 pounds chicken drumsticks or wings 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce 1/4 cup ketchup 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 2 cloves garlic; chopped Remove wing tips from chicken; place drumsticks or wings in heavy plastic bag. Combine teriyaki sauce, ketchup, lemon rind and juice, oil and garlic; pour over chicken. Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or for up to 24 hours, turning bag often. Reserving marinade, place chicken on rack on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake in 400şF oven, turning and basting with marinade halfway through, for about 40 minutes or until chicken is nicely browned and juices run clear when chicken is pierced.
