Nightcap Cocoa beverages 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 4 cups milk 1 teaspoon brandy; optional whipped cream In small bowl, whisk sugar and cocoa with just enough of the milk to make a paste; whisk in a little more milk to make pourable. In saucepan, combine cocoa mixture with remaining milk; heat over low heat just until bubbles form around edge, stirring occasionally. Stir in vanilla.
