Blue Cheese And Walnut Spread

1/4 pound gorgonzola; or
other creamy blue cheese
1/4 pound cream cheese
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons brandy
pepper
walnut halves

In bowl or food processor, beat Gorgonzola and cream cheese until smooth, being careful not to over mix. Fold in chopped walnuts, brandy, and pepper to taste. Transfer to attractive 1 cup dish, smoothing top; garnish with walnut halves. (Spread can be covered and refrigerated for up to 10 days.)
