Figs With Prosciutto

appetizers

1 cup water
12 dried figs
12 thin slices prosciutto
4 leaves lettuce
4 sprigs watercress

In saucepan, bring water to boil. Add figs and boil for 5 minutes; drain. Roll 1 slice of prosciutto around each fig. Arrange on lettuce lined plate and garnish with sprigs of watercress.
