Mocha With Whipped Cream

4 ounces bittersweet chocolate
1/4 cup water
4 cups hot double-strength black coffee
1 tablespoon granulated sugar; approximately
whipped cream
cinnamon sticks

In top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water, melt chocolate with water. Remove from heat and whisk until slightly thickened. Gradually add hot coffee, whisking constantly. Sweeten with sugar, adding more if desired. Pour into heated mugs; top with dollop of whipped cream. Serve with cinnamon stick for stirring.
