Hot Ham And Chicken Salad salads, chicken - other, ham 1 1/2 cups coarsely shredded Edam cheese 1 cup cubed cooked ham 1 cup cubed cooked chicken 1 cup chopped celery 1 onion; chopped 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard salt and freshly ground pepper ----TOPPING---- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs 1 tablespoon butter; melted In bowl, combine cheese, ham, chicken, celery, onion, green pepper, almonds, mayonnaise and mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into 6 scallop baking shells or individual baking dishes. Topping: Combine crumbs and butter and sprinkle over each serving. Bake in 350şF oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through and crumbs begin to brown. (Alternatively, spoon mixture into 6 to 8 cup casserole; sprinkle with topping and bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.)
