Continental Baked Fresh Fruit desserts, fruits 3 large ripe nectarines, peaches or plums 2 tablespoons rum; optional 1 cup sour cream 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons sliced almonds or hazelnuts Cut fruit into halves and remove pits. (Peel nectarines or peaches, if using.) Arrange, cut-side up, in 9 inch lightly buttered pie plate or 6 individual ovenproof dishes. Sprinkle with rum. Spoon sour cream over fruit. Sprinkle with sugar and nuts. Bake in 350şF oven for about 20 minutes or until sugar melts and nuts brown lightly. Serve hot.
