Coconut Eggnog eggs, christmas 3 eggs 1/2 cup canned cream of coconut 1/2 cup brandy or rum 3 cups cold milk 1/2 cup whipping cream; stiffly beaten, optional freshly grated nutmeg Beat eggs until smooth. Gradually beat in cream of coconut and brandy. Slowly beat in milk. Strain before serving and fold in whipped cream if desired. Pour into punch cups and sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg to taste.
