Chili Baked Fries potatoes 3 baking potatoes 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 3/4 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon (each) salt and pepper 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard Scrub potatoes; cut lengthwise into 8 wedges each. In large bowl, combine oil, chili powder, salt, pepper and mustard; add potatoes and toss to coat. Place on greased rimmed baking sheet. Bake in 450°F oven for 25 minutes.
