Salsa-Baked Chicken Thighs For Two chicken - other 4 chicken thighs, skinned; about 12 ounces 1/2 cup salsa 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese Place chicken in lightly greased 8-inch (4 cup) square baking dish; spoon salsa over top. Bake in 375°F (190°C) oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
