No-Fuss Spicy Chickpeas appetizers, vegetables 1 can (19 oz) chickpeas; drained and rinsed 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 teaspoons chili powder 1-1/2 teaspoons (each) ground cumin and dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon salt pinch pepper In bowl, stir together chickpeas, oil, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper; spread on foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake in 350°F oven for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours or until golden and crisp. (Can be stored in airtight container for up to 3 days.)
