Grilled Hoisin Shrimp

1 pound extra-large frozen shrimp; peeled and deveined
----DIPPING SAUCE----
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
1 tablespoon (each) minced gingerroot and garlic
2 teaspoons wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce; or
Asian chili paste

Dipping Sauce: In small bowl, stir together hoisin sauce, coriander, ginger, garlic, wine vinegar and hot pepper sauce. (Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 8 hours.) Place shrimp on greased grill over medium heat; cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until opaque. (Or place on broiler pan 4 to 6 inches from heat; broil for 3 to 5 minutes.) Serve hot with sauce.
