Creamy Shrimp Dip appetizers 6 oz salad shrimp; (cooked) 3 oz light cream cheese; softened 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoon chopped fresh dill; or 1 teaspoon dried dillweed 1 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 dash hot pepper sauce 1 pinch salt and pepper 1 fresh dill sprig Set aside 2 of the shrimp. In food processor, blend together remaining shrimp, cream cheese, onion, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce until almost smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to small serving bowl; cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or for up to 12 hours. Just before serving, stir and garnish with reserved shrimp and dill sprig.
