Parmesan Crisps appetizers, cheese 1 cup grated Parmesan; or 1 cup grated Asiago cheese; or 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese Spoon cheese by tablespoonfuls onto parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheet, spreading to make 2-inch circles. Bake in 375°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until melted and lightly golden. Immediately drape over rolling pin or small bottles, pressing gently to form curved shape. Let cool until crisp.
