Turkey Mushroom Soup soups, turkey 4 cups turkey or chicken stock 2 cups sliced mushrooms 2 cups fresh spinach; trimmed/coarsely shredded 1-1/2 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil 2 teaspoons lemon juice 2 green onions; diagonally sliced pinch pepper In large saucepan, bring stock and mushrooms to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Add spinach, turkey and soy sauce; simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in oil, juice, onions and pepper.
