Pizza Wrap pizza 1/4 teaspoon vegetable oil 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms 1 egg 1 tablespoon milk pinch (each) salt and pepper 1 10-inch flour tortilla 1 tablespoon pizza or tomato sauce 1 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese 2 tablespoons chopped pepperoni In 6-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; cook mushrooms for about 5 minutes or until browned. Meanwhile, whisk together egg, milk, salt and pepper; pour into skillet, tilting to spread evenly. Cook, piercing any bubbles, for about 1 minute or until set. Spread tortilla evenly with pizza sauce; top with eggs. Sprinkle with cheese, then pepperoni. Roll up.
