Mayonnaise-Based Caesar Salad Dressing

salads

1 cup mayonnaise; regular or low fat
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
juice of 1/2 lemon
3 cloves garlic; crushed
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 chopped anchovies; or
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
salt; to taste
Tabasco; to taste
Worcestershire sauce; to taste
2 teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store tightly sealed in refrigerator-where it can be held about 2 weeks.
