Bacon And Tomato Frittata

4 slices bacon
12 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 green onion; sliced
4 ounces light cream cheese; cut in bits
1 small tomato; thinly sliced
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

In skillet, cook bacon over medium heat for 5 minutes or until opaque but not crisp. Drain on paper towels; chop and set aside. In bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper; stir in onion, cream cheese and chopped bacon. Pour into greased 10-inch pie plate. Bake in 350°F oven for about 30 minutes or until puffed around edge and knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Arrange tomato over top; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Broil for about 4 minutes or until golden.
