Couscous With Zucchini

pasta, vegetables

2 cups chicken stock
1 1/2 cups couscous
1 zucchini (4 ounces); shredded

In saucepan, bring stock to boil. Stir in couscous and zucchini; cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes; fluff with fork.
