Lamb Chops With Honey Rosemary Glaze lamb 8 loin lamb chops; about 1-inch thick 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 tablespoon liquid honey 2 teaspoons soy sauce 1 clove garlic; chopped fine 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary 1/8 teaspoon salt Trim excess fat from lamb chops. In small bowl, whisk together oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, rosemary and salt. Place chops on lightly greased broiler pan; brush lightly with honey mixture. Broil chops for 8 minutes or until cooked, turning once and brushing with honey mixture. Serve with orzo or small white potatoes, sprinkled with parsley in either case. Round out the meal with Italian bread and fresh fruit for dessert.
