Chicken With Ginger, Mint And Yogurt

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
3 cloves garlic; crushed
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon hot chili paste
2 whole boneless chicken breasts; skinned and halved

In bowl, combine yogurt, mint, cilantro, green onions, ginger, garlic, cumin, lemon juice and chili paste. Add chicken breasts, turning to coat. Let stand 10 minutes. Place chicken on greased broiler pan and broil for 6 to 8 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside, basting with yogurt mixture. Rice goes best with this recipe's mildly Asian seasonings; for a vegetable side dish, steam green and yellow beans together and toss them in hot oil and garlic when they're just barely cooked.
