Chicken Strips

2 whole boneless chicken breasts; skinned and halved
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
pinch dried crushed hot red pepper
pinch each salt and pepper
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 small clove garlic; crushed

Pound chicken breasts until about 1/4-inch thick. Cut into strips, about 1/2-inch wide and 3 inches long. In pie plate, combine cheese, bread crumbs, thyme, basil, dried red pepper, salt and pepper. In small bowl, combine yogurt and garlic. Dip chicken in yogurt, then in crumb mixture until well coated; shake off loose crumbs. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 425şF for 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
