Barbecued Pork Tenderloin With Plum Sauce And Rosemary bbq, pork 1 pound pork tenderloin salt and pepper 1/2 cup plum sauce 1 small shallot; chopped fine 1 clove garlic; chopped fine 1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary rosemary sprigs Lightly sprinkle pork tenderloin with salt and pepper. In small bowl, combine plum sauce, shallot, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce and rosemary. Brush plum sauce mixture over tenderloin. Place on greased barbecue grill over medium-high heat. Close lid and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked, turning and basting with plum sauce mixture every 5 minutes. Remove tenderloin from grill and cut crosswise into 1/2-inch thick slices. Garnish with rosemary sprigs. Serve with rice or buttered noodles and a plate of snow peas, steamed, then flashed quickly in a frypan with oil, salt and julienne strips of ginger.
