Spicy Chicken And Bell Pepper Stir-Fry chicken - breast, stirfry - chicken 1/2 cup orange juice 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon hot chili paste 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger 2 cloves garlic; chopped fine 2 whole skinless boneless chicken breasts; cut into 1/4-inch strips 1 cup snow peas; trimmed and cut diagonal 1/2 large red bell pepper; cut into 1/4-inch strips 1/2 large orange bell pepper; cut into 1/4-inch strips 1/2 large yellow bell pepper; cut into 1/4-inch strips In small bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, sugar, chili paste and cornstarch; set aside. In wok or large heavy frypan, heat oil over high heat. Add ginger and garlic; stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add chicken;stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add snow peas and peppers; stir-fry for 2 minutes. Whisk orange juice mixture. Add to wok, stirring constantly, and cook for 2 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.
