1 cup thick or drained plain yogurt
2 cloves garlic; minced
1 cup grated cucumber; squeezed dry
1 teaspoon (each) olive oil and lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon (each) salt and pepper

In bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, cucumber, olive oil and lemon juice and salt and pepper.
