Chinese Honey Garlic Pork Chops pork 1/4 cup liquid honey 2 tablespoons soy sauce 4 cloves garlic; minced pinch (each) salt and pepper 4 pork loin chops (1 1/2 lb) In shallow dish, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper; add pork chops, turning to coat. Reserving honey mixture, place chops on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and cook, basting twice with honey mixture and turning once, for 10 to 12 minutes or until juices run clear when pork is pierced and just a hint of pink remains inside. Substitution: Use boneless skinless chicken breasts instead of pork.
