Apple Pomegranate Sparkler

ice cubes
4 cups sparkling white grape juice; or
apple cider
1/3 cup pomegranate syrup
4 mint leaves (optional)

Fill 4 tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour in white grape juice. Divide pomegranate syrup evenly among glasses. Let settle to bottom for layered look or stir well with swizzle sticks. Garnish each glass with mint leaf (if using). Serve cold. Substitution: Frozen cranberry concentrate or black currant syrup can replace pomegranate syrup.
