Pear Cranberry Crisp fruits, pies 4 cups sliced peeled pears 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries 1/4 cup liquid honey 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour ----Topping---- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 3/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats; not instant 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/3 cup butter; melted In large bowl, gently toss pears and cranberries with honey and 2 tablespoons flour. Arrange evenly in greased 8-inch (8-cup) square glass baking dish. Topping: In separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and rolled oats Touches. Drizzle with melted butter and stir until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit mixture. Bake in centre of 350°F oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until bubbly, topping is golden and fruit is tender.
