Hawaiian Chicken

bbq, chicken - breast

1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons liquid honey
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove garlic; minced
pinch pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 pineapple slices
----Sesame Cabbage Salad----
3 tablespoons (each) vegetable oil and rice vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon (each) salt and sesame oil
5 cups sliced Napa cabbage
1 carrot; grated
1 green onion; chopped
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

In bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and pepper; add chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes. Reserving marinade, arrange chicken and pineapple in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with marinade; broil for about 4 minutes per side or until chicken is golden and no longer pink inside. Serve topped with pineapple. Sesame Cabbage Salad In large bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, rice vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and sesame oil. Add Napa cabbage, carrotand green onion; toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Tip: For large chicken breasts, flatten slightly with meat pounder to ensure even cooking. Serve chicken with sesame cabbage salad and fluffy white rice
