Fiesta Sundae Wrap desserts, mexican 3 cups vanilla ice cream 1/2 cup sliced almonds; toasted 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 6 small flour tortillas 2 bananas; sliced 3/4 cup chocolate sauce In bowl, soften ice cream in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Stir in 1/3 cup of the almonds, chocolate chips and cinnamon. Divide among tortillas; roll up. Wrap each in plastic wrap; - Freeze for at least 1 hour or until solid or for up to 1 week. Unwrap, slice and place on plates; garnish with bananas, chocolate sauce and remaining almonds.
