Honey Garlic Ribs (2) pork 4 pounds pork side or back ribs 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cloves garlic; finely chopped 1 1/2 cups ketchup 1 cup honey 2 tablespoons vinegar 2 tablespoons thick steak sauce 1 teaspoon prepared mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper Cut ribs into serving-size portions; place in large saucepan. Cover with cold water and simmer for 30 minutes. In separate saucepan, combine onion, garlic, ketchup, honey, vinegar, steak sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Drain ribs and place in shallow baking pan. Pour sauce over ribs and bake in 400ºF oven for 45 minutes or until tender and well glazed. Baste with sauce every 10 minutes.
