Blue Cheese Dressing (2) salads 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese 1 cup plain yogurt 1 clove garlic; minced pinch dry mustard freshly ground pepper Using yogurt instead of traditional mayonnaise in this dressing makes a lighter but equally good-tasting dressing that’s much lower in both fat and calories. Use with green and spinach salads. In small bowl, use a fork to cream half of the cheese. Stir in yogurt, garlic, mustard and pepper to taste; mix well. Stir in remaining cheese.
