Garlic Chicken Breasts chicken - breast 10 boneless skinless chicken breasts; about 2 1/2 pounds 6 cloves garlic; minced 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon (each) salt and pepper 1 each sweet red and yellow pepper; cored and thinly sliced Place chicken in large shallow dish. In small bowl, whisk together garlic, Worcestershire sauce, oil, salt and pepper; pour over chicken, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or for up to 24 hours. Discarding marinade, transfer chicken to greased grill or grill pan over medium high heat; close lid and cook for 4 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside.
