Chicken Mango Skewers appetizers, chicken - other 1 tablespoon (each) soy sauce and lemon juice 1 teaspoon allspice 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon (each) cayenne pepper, chili powder, salt; and pepper 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 mango In large bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, allspice, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Add to bowl and stir to coat; let stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and cut mango into 1-inch chunks. In large nonstick skillet, cook chicken over medium-high heat, stirring often, for about 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Thread 1 piece each chicken and mango onto toothpick.
