Nectarine Sauté desserts, fruits 4 nectarines 1/4 cup butter 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg 1/3 cup chopped pecans; toasted Halve and pit nectarines; cut each half into 4 wedges. Set aside. In large skillet, melt butter with sugar over medium heat. Add cinnamon and nectarines; cover and cook over mediumhigh heat until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in pecans. Serve with vanilla ice cream for a wonderfully decadent seasonal treat.
