Sausage Burger With Grilled Potato Wedges bbq, potatoes, sausage 1 egg 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs 1/4 teaspoon (each) salt and pepper 1 small onion; grated 2 Italian sausages; 8 ounces 12 oz lean ground pork 1 onion 4 onion buns; halved ----Grilled Potato Wedges---- 4 baking potatoes 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon (each) salt and pepper 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano In bowl, beat egg; mix in bread crumbs, salt, pepper and grated onion. Remove sausages from casings; add to bowl along with pork and combine well. Form into four 1/4-inch thick patties. Cut onion crosswise into 4 slices. Place patties and onion on greased grill over medium heat; close lid and cook, turning once, until patty is no longer pink inside and onion is tender, 14 to 16 minutes. Serve burgers and onion sandwiched in buns. Scrub potatoes; cut each into 8 wedges. In bows, toss potatoes with oil, salt, pepper and oregano. Place on greased grill over medium heat; close lid and cook, turning halfway through, until golden and tender, 25 minutes.
