Apricot Cream Cheese fruits, cheese 1 tub (8 oz) light spreadable cream cheese 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots 2 tablespoons apricot jam n bowl, stir together cream cheese, apricots and jam. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.) Variation Strawberry Cream Cheese: Substitute 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries for the dried apricots and strawberry jam for the apricot jam.
