Three-Cheese Dip appetizers, vegetables, cheese, dips 1 cup cottage cheese 1 pkg (4 oz) cream cheese; cubed 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon sliced green onion 1 tablespoon plain yogurt 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce In food processor, puree cottage cheese until smooth. Add cream cheese; pulse until smooth. Add Cheddar cheese, onion, yogurt and Worcestershire sauce; puree until smooth, scraping down side of bowl twice. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 days.) TIP: You can thin the dip with more yogurt, adding 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency.
