Smoked Trout Spread appetizers, fish, salmon 8 ounces smoked trout fillets; or smoked salmon 1 pkg (4 oz) cream cheese 1/4 cup plain yogurt or sour cream 2 tablespoons capers 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind 1 tablespoons lemon juice In food processor, puree together trout, cream cheese, yogurt, capers, lemon rind and juice until smooth. Spoon into serving bowl. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.)
