Mulled Apple Cider beverages, christmas 1 stick (3 inches) cinnamon 2 strips (2 inches) orange rind 10 whole allspice 8 whole cloves 4 cups apple cider Using side of large knife, crush cinnamon into pieces. In 6-inch triple thickness square of cheesecloth, bundle cinnamon, orange rind, allspice and cloves; tie with kitchen string. In saucepan, bring cider and spice bag to simmer.
