Halibut Burgers

fish

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
4 skinless boneless halibut fillets; 1 1/4 pounds total
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
4 buns; cut in half

Serve dressed with tomato, lettuce and tartar sauce. In shallow dish, mix together flour, seasoning salt and celery salt; press each halibut fillet into mixture, turning to coat well. Set aside. On cutting board, crush garlic into butter to form paste. In skillet, heat garlic paste over medium heat; cook fish fillets, turning once, until firm to the touch, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning. Serve in buns.
