Easy Tomato Pork Chops pork 10 small pork loin chops (bone in); about 3 pounds 3 cups tomato-based pasta sauce 1 can (19 oz) stewed tomatoes 1 onion; chopped 2 cloves garlic; minced 1/2 each sweet green and red pepper; chopped Trim fat from chops; place in large roasting pan. In saucepan, bring pasta sauce, tomatoes, onion and garlic to boil; pour over chops. Cover and bake in 375°F oven for 11/2 hours. Add chopped green and red peppers; bake, covered, for about 30 minutes or until pork is tender enough to fall off the bone.
