Artichoke And Feta Dip appetizers, cheese, dips 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts 1 cup light (5%) sour cream 1/3 cup packed crumbled feta cheese 2 tablespoons grated red onion 1 clove garlic; minced 2 tablespoons finely diced tomato 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley Drain artichoke hearts well; chop in food processor. Transfer to bowl; stir in sour cream, cheese, onion and garlic. Sprinkle with tomato and parsley.
