Apple Rosemary Chicken Patty fruits, chicken - other 4 ounces ground chicken 1 tablespoon dry bread crumbs; or cracker crumbs 1 tablespoon grated peeled apple 1 tablespoon grated onion 1 tablespoon water 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary; or pinch dried 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish pinch (each) salt and pepper In small bowl, mix together chicken, bread crumbs, apple, onion, water, rosemary, horseradish, salt and pepper. Shape into 1/2-inch thick patty. Place under broiler and broil for about 4 minutes per side or until juices run clear when patty is pierced.
