Herb Pork Chops pork 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano; or 1 teaspoon dried 1 tablespoon vegetable oil . 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme; or 1/4 teaspoon dried 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind 1/4 teaspoon (each) salt and pepper 2 cloves garlic; minced 4 centre-cut loin pork chops; 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick -; trimmed In small bowl, stir together oregano, oil, thyme, lemon rind, salt, pepper and garlic; rub all over pork chops. Place on greased grill or in grill pan over medium heat; close lid and cook until juices run clear when pork is pierced and just a hint of pink remains inside, 3 to 5 minutes per side.
