Couscous Pilaf

pasta

1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup (each) couscous and frozen mixed vegetable; s
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
pinch salt

In saucepan, bring chicken stock and butter to boil. Stir in couscous, mixed vegetables, parsley, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Remove from heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
