Garlic Gratin Fish fish 1 cup fresh bread crumbs 2 tablespoon butter; melted 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano; or 1/2 teaspoon dried 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind 2 cloves garlic; minced 1/4 teaspoon (each) salt and pepper 1 pound fish fillets 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard lemon wedges In small bowl, toss together bread crumbs, butter, oregano, lemon rind and garlic. Sprinkle salt and pepper all over fillets; place on greased foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with mustard; evenly spoon bread-crumb gratin mixture over top. Bake in 450°F oven until topping is golden and crisp and fish flakes easily when tested, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges to squeeze over top.
