Argentinian Short Ribs Of Beef With Chimichurri Sauce bbq, beef - other ----CHIMICHURRI SAUCE---- 6 cloves garlic 1 white onion; finely chopped 2 bunches Italian parsley; stems trimmed juice of 2 large lemons 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes 1/4 teaspoon cayenne 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper ----RUB---- 1/2 cup coarsely ground black pepper 1/4 cup light brown sugar 1/4 cup paprika 2 tablespoon coarse salt 6 pounds beef ribs; trimmed 2 bottles beer roasting pan Cut spare ribs into portions and place in the bottom of a roasting pan. Add the sauerkraut, cover the pan and bake at 350-F for 1-1/2 hours. Make dumplings by combining the flour, baking powder, milk and egg. Drop by spoonfuls on the sauerkraut. Cover pan tightly and finish baking at 350-F for 30 minutes.
