Buttermilk Dill Dressing

salads

1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill; or
1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed; and
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
salt and pepper

In bowl or jar, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, dill, garlic, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste. (Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.)
